Senior Payroll Specialist We are pleased to announce the search for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of payroll processes and will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage the entire payroll process, including calculations of salaries, deductions, and tax obligations. • Ensure compliance with national legislation and company policies. • Resolve payroll related issues and provide support to employees. • Create and analyze reports related to payroll and compensation. • Manage payroll data, ensuring the accuracy of records and the timely payment of salaries. • Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations, and regulations. • Handle hiring, departures, and all employee changes, and submit the corresponding forms to relevant public authorities (e.g., Ergani). • Monitor employee leave, sick days, work schedule changes, etc., and submit this data to Ergani. • Manage timekeeping, review, and input data into the payroll system.
