This is a full time on site role for an Assistant Accountant. The suitable candidate should be able to • Assist month end and year end close process. • Review of My Data entries and process of corrections if required Mydata reconciliation • Bank reconciliations • Record suppliers’ invoices • Keep accounting books and systems up to date • Daily communication with customers and suppliers to reconcile statements • Participating in ad hoc projects and tasks. • Create ad hoc reports for various business needs • Intrastat VIES VAT declaration • Issue invoices to customers based on goods/ services sold Educational & Other Requirements \ Professional Experience • Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounting • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Softone preferably) • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Fluent in English • Completed mandatory military service.
