Cova Astir Marina is looking for a talented and passionate Bartender & Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high quality coffee, cocktails, and beverages while delivering exceptional service in a refined and luxurious setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high quality coffee, espresso based drinks, and signature cocktails. Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage recipes. Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation according to Cova standards. Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain a clean and organized barista and bar station. Handle stock management, restocking supplies, and checking inventory levels. Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements Previous experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a high end café, restaurant, or hotel. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mixology. Passion for premium coffee, beverages, and hospitality. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
