Job Description We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer oriented Barista / Coffee Shop Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily operation of the coffee shop, provide excellent customer service, prepare beverages and food items, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Previous experience working in a café is preferred. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude and communicate effectively with customers. Take customer orders and handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and customer areas. Check stock levels and assist with inventory and restocking. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Support the smooth daily operation of the coffee shop. Work effectively with colleagues and assist with other tasks when required. Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred. Good customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Good English communication skills Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends when required. What We Offer Competitive salary 6.5 euro/hour.
