The Bartender will be responsible for ensuring the creation of high quality drinks, high quality service and guest satisfaction. In particular, the Bartender has to • Prepare beverages, drinks & cocktails as ordered by guests based on the hotel’s standard drink recipes aiming at achieving consistent outcome • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly way • Have the ability to present the bar menu, reply to questions and make appropriate recommendation to the guests • Ensure that the bar is cleaned and properly stocked by placing orders for bar supplies • Process payments
