Bohemian Boutique Hotel in Naoussa, Paros is looking for a talented and dedicated Cook to join our team for the 2025 summer season. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality à la carte breakfast and an all day snack menu, with carefully selected, fresh ingredients, offering our guests a memorable dining experience in a relaxed and elegant setting. Key responsibilities • Daily preparation and service of à la carte breakfast, following high standards of quality and presentation. • Execution of our snack menu, including light dishes designed for all day dining. • Stock organization and communication with management for supply needs. • Consistent application of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols in the kitchen. • Contribution to the smooth operation of the kitchen during all service hours. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within boutique hotels or quality restaurants. • Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and light all day dining dishes. • Understanding of food safety procedures (HACCP) and ISO quality standards. • Teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt during busy periods. • Professional, positive attitude and commitment to excellent service. • Basic knowledge of English.
