We are looking for an anthusiastic Host Maitre with the following qualification 1 year experience in a similar role in a Fine Dining Restaurant or a 5star Hotel. Hospitality Diploma prefered but not essential. A natural people's person, enjoys the vibe and energy of a busy Award winning Restaurant. Has a passion for excellent service and is willing to learn.
