Role Overview As our Revenue Manager, you will be based in our Athens offices and play a critical role in optimizing our revenue streams. Your key responsibilities will include Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize room occupancy and rates. Analyzing market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to forecast demand and set pricing strategies. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals. Monitoring and adjusting room rates and availability across various distribution channels. Reporting on revenue performance and making recommendations for improvement. What We're Looking For Proven experience in revenue management within the hotel industry. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent IT skills, with deep knowledge of Webhotelier and Primal Res Channel Manager Protel PMS (Property Management System) RMS systems such as IDEAS (a strong asset) Rate shopping tools Proficiency with revenue management systems and distribution channels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A proactive and results driven mindset.
