Short Term Rental Manager Are you an experienced professional with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for a Short Term Rental Manager to join our growing team and lead operations across our portfolio of properties in Greece. Key Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations of short term rental properties Maintain excellent communication with both property owners and guests Ensure all listings are optimized on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms Handle guest inquiries, bookings, check ins/check outs, and problem resolution Monitor performance, occupancy, and pricing strategies Prepare regular reports and insights for upper management and clients Requirements Proven experience in the Greek short term rental market Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and oral) Deep understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management tools Analytical and results driven mindset Ability to work independently and take initiative Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays Driving license We Offer Competitive salary A dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Exposure to a fast growing hospitality industry A chance to work with an experienced and passionate team
