Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator Join our team in delivering exceptional hospitality across Greece! Are you organized, communicative, and passionate about hospitality? We are looking for a Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our short term rental properties and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay • Coordinate check ins/check outs, cleanings, and turnovers with service providers • Handle day to day guest communication via Airbnb, Booking.com, phone, and WhatsApp • Assist in solving guest issues quickly and professionally • Prepare and maintain welcome materials, guides, and property instructions • Update calendars, monitor bookings, and report any discrepancies or special requests • Support the Operations Manager with on the ground logistics and occasional errands Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred • Strong communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal) • Tech savvy and comfortable with mobile apps, messaging platforms, and booking systems • Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive • Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends • Driving license and ability to travel between properties when needed We Offer • Competitive salary • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Opportunities for growth within a fast moving company • Real hands on experience in the booming short term rental sector
