Join Our Team in Athens as a Hotel Revenue & Reservation Manager Key Responsibilities • Source potential client opportunities via cold calling, emailing campaigns, LinkedIn and through interaction with professional industry network groups • Implement pricing strategies and promotions based on market demand, competitor analysis, and historical data. • Identify potential sales leads and follow up on leads generated from various sources. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve the hotel's revenue goals. • Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators. • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel and generate leads. • Where necessary help to identify shortfalls in the process and procedures and suggest process improvements. • Manage Reservations Oversee all aspects of the reservations process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling bookings. • Customer Service Excellence Provide exceptional service to our guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. • Team Leadership Train, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of reservations agents, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment. • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). • Supervise and manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. • Identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and setting targets in new markets.
