SALES MANAGER GreenTech, the leader in CEA (Controlled Environment Agriculture) sector in SE Europe, implementing mid & large scale engineering and construction projects, is looking for a result oriented, versatile and experienced engineering professional, with a strong technical background and focus on sales, business development & concept project design. We are looking for candidates to work in industrial engineering environment, in a highly developing sector with global reach. Candidate will work as part of our business development team with focus on sales, customer relations, concept design of projects, tender process, budgeting, and business development. Responsibilities • Knowledge of company’s portfolio of products & services (Project development, construction, Energy Services, Renewables, etc ) & monitoring of competition. • Establish & maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders. • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets • Develop new local and international customers. • Design/develop concept designs and engineering plans, along with engineering team for new projects. • Conduct site/client visits to register assets & needs. • Handle new/existing incoming customer requests. • Develop business solutions & technical/financial proposals for new/existing clients. • Coordinate internal/external resources & communicate proposal document delivery & costing requirements to meet proposal due dates. • Liaise with local and international suppliers and subcontractors to develop accurate project budgets and technical plans. • Review construction & MEP drawings and technical specifications to ensure match with tender requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering degrees are considered a plus) • At least 3 years work experience in sales role in project based environment. • Very strong communicational skills • Knowledge of budgeting technical projects, sales, and good understanding of Tender /Bids Management Process is considered a strong plus • Highly proficient in spoken and written English • Advanced knowledge on MS Excel • MS Project skills will be considered as a plus • Experience on design and engineering tools (eg Autocad software) is considered a plus • Ability to multi task, organize, and prioritise work • Sales driven, enthusiastic, motivated with strong organisational skills. • Availability to travel
