Receptionist Wanted – Ostraco Suites, Mykonos (Full Time, Summer 2025) Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for an exciting opportunity in one of Mykonos’ most stylish boutique hotels? Ostraco Suites is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team for the 2025 summer season! Position Receptionist 📍 Location Ostraco Suites, Mykonos 📅 Employment Type Full Time, Seasonal (April – October 2025) Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check in and check out experience • Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently via phone, email, and in person • Provide concierge services, including local recommendations and assistance with bookings • Manage daily front desk operations and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements ✔️ Previous experience in a similar role (hotel front desk or hospitality preferred) ✔️ Fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus) ✔️ Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., PMS, Booking Systems) ✔️ Strong communication and problem solving skills ✔️ Customer focused with a friendly and professional demeanor ✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment What We Offer ✨ Competitive salary ✨ Accommodation & meals provided ✨ Opportunity to work in a luxury boutique hotel environment ✨ A dynamic and supportive team If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to be part of an unforgettable summer in Mykonos, we would love to hear from you!
