Job Description Sales Administrator This is a full time on site role. Responsibilities · Registering and compiling quotations. · Managing incoming inquiries and orders, including entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers. · Handling email administration. · Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed. Skills and Experience · Ideally, 1 3 years of experience in a Sales or Operations Department of an international company. · Excellent command of the English language. Greek fluency is required. · Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. · Knowledge of SoftOne is a strong plus · Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work in a team environment. · Experience in maritime industry is a plus. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Sales or related field is a plus.
