Our team is currently expanding and we are looking for a Sales Advisor. 📍Central Offices Kifissia, Athens, Greece. Reporting to Sales and Marketing Manager 🔔Key responsibilities The position holder will be responsible for the optimal promotion of the company’s products in Greece as well as for the formulation of the strategy, in close cooperation with the Sales Management team. 📌More specifically ◒ Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective dealers and end-users. ◒ Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. ◒ Expediting the resolution of dealer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. ◒ Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. ◒ Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. ◒ Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. ◒ Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments. ◒ Analyzing the territory/market’s potential-benchmarking, tracking sales and status reports. ◒ Managing supply with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. ◒ Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends. ◒ Handling various merchandising activities such as promotional material, and display systems to dealers. ◒ Performing product demonstrations on job sites or fields. 💥Candidate’s profile ◒ At least 3 years of proven work experience in a B2B sales representative role in similar field of business will be highly appreciated. ◒ BA degree in Engineering, Marketing or Agronomy with technical background. ◒ MSc holder will be highly appreciated. ◒ Excellent command of Greek and English language both verbal and written. ◒ Able to travel (~2,5 weeks per month in the provinces). ◒ Highly motivated and target driven. ◒ Communication and Negotiation skills. ◒ Time management and Organizational skills with team spirit. ◒ Solution Finder and able to create relationships, being able to receive and provide feedback 🔹What is offered ◒ Competitive monthly salary. ◒ Bonus scheme. ◒ Medical Plan. ◒ Corporate car & travel expenses. ◒ Laptop & mobile phone. ◒ Great opportunities for further career development within a stable and multinational work environment. 🧷CVs and Personal Data will be kept secured and will only be stored for employment purposes.
