Spa & beauty therapist So Spa! is a pioneering 360 degree concept creation that offers an extensive array of brands, protocols, products, and professional equipment tailored to meet various spa needs, all while prioritizing customers' well being. For the summer season of 2025 we are looking for enthusiastic and guest orientated Spa & Beauty Therapist, to join our concept spa in Mykonos island. JOB DESCRIPTION So Nice So Spa! manages and operates a unique new concept of spas and is looking for enthusiastic and guest orientated spa staff, to join its concept spa in Once in Mykonos Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level beauty and wellness services (massage, face/body treatments) promoting and selling our treatments to hotel guests while providing top notch guidance and personalized service to enhance their stay. Your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and your sales expertise will make you a valuable addition to our team. Duties & Responsibilities Promote and sell spa treatments to hotel guests, effectively presenting the benefits and features of our services. Promote and sell spa cosmetics after careful consideration of the guest's skin condition and concerns. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and ensuring a seamless booking and check in process. Ensure every guest interaction is memorable by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Comply with the So Spa! operational standards & procedures. Maintain a deep understanding of our spa menu & spa cosmetics (retail & professional) at all times. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives to contribute to the overall success of the spa center. Maintain accurate records of sales, guest preferences, and other relevant data to inform future guest interactions. Maintain spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness according operating standards. Responsible for all related spa activities, and safety of the guests in the spa area and treatment room. Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of himself/herself and all personnel involved in the massage room operation, Assist in scheduling guest appointments in the most effective way. Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa area at all times. Carry out any other relevant duties assigned by the spa management. QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology or Physiotherapy. Skills & experience in use of beauty equipment and devices. Very good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of spa & wellness treatments. Strong customer service orientation. Proactive and results driven approach to sales. Previous sales experience, in the wellness industry will be an asset. Strong communication skills. Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Professionalism and ability to integrate in a hotel environment. Outgoing personality ready to work within a team as well as individually with little supervision, with attention to detail.Note In order to deliver exceptional five star guest service, it is also important that you are willing to learn.
