Present our menus, provide any necessary information and offer recommendation. Use up selling techniques to promote additional products. Take accurate orders using a POS machine. Communicate order details to the kitchen staff and maintain a strong communication channel between all the members of the restaurant. Deliver checks and collect payment bills. Be in position to provide any assistance/question a guest may have. Always maintain the service area/tables and work area neat and clean.
