Cova Astir Marina is looking for an experienced and service oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As part of our front of house staff, you will provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring the highest standards of service in a refined and luxurious environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding hospitality. Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations on food and beverages. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring impeccable presentation. Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service. Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Process payments and manage tables efficiently. Requirements Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high end restaurant, hotel, or café. Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards. Ability to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus. Well groomed appearance and excellent communication skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
