We are searching for young and ambitious persons to join our team in a new fine dinning restaurant that will open in June 2021 at the Stavros Niarchos foundation. At least 3 years of experience in fine dinning, preferably in Michelin level (not necessary) Responsible, with eye for detail and keen to learn new things. Excellent verbal communication in Greek and English. Strong memorisation skills Assist in ensuring the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard Have a friendly yet professional personality Be a strong team player Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
