Job Description Tambakio is seeking a reliable and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests receive a high standard of hospitality at all times. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival Provide consistent, high quality service to ensure guest satisfaction Prepare and maintain clean and organized table settings Engage with guests in a polite and helpful manner, offering menu information and recommendations Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks promptly Deliver checks and process payments correctly Promote additional items when appropriate Check product quality and act promptly to resolve any issues Maintain a guest focused mindset and support a positive dining experience Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
