Responsibilities • Guest Assistance Welcoming and assisting guests with their luggage and transportation needs. • Property Knowledge Providing information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions. • General Concierge Duties Performing various concierge tasks, such as running errands, making reservations, and delivering guest packages.
