Responsibilities Implement annual E Commerce plan Responsible for loading all rates, special offers and content across online channels Responsible for all digital and social media campaigns Promote through online channels all necessary content Provide tracking, analysis, and reporting on the effectiveness of all e programs promotions, PPC, SEO, e mail, listings, referral links, banners, etc. Build and monitor SEO and PPC activities/methodologies across core and other markets. Increase turnover through direct online reservations. Further increase conversion rates, number of bookings and number of unique visitors on Hotels’ website. Apply best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth. Monitoring and analyzing online marketing trends. Liaise with Sales for online campaigns and special offers. Feeding the Sales & Marketing team with a variety of on line statistics regarding booking trends and patterns on nationalities and visitation. Overseeing customers’ database and direct communication with clients with commercial scope. Skills Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices Well developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics Good data interpretation and organizational skills Excellent customer relationship skills Energetic, smiling, and passionate to his/her work Innovative approach to work Qualifications A minimum of 3 5 years E Commerce / Digital executive in hotels Areas of study E Commerce, Digital Marketing A degree in Hospitality Management or in advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field.
