We’re hiring an experienced Baker with strong knowledge of sourdough and all types of dough preparation! The ideal candidate has hands on experience with natural fermentation, sourdough starters, and a variety of doughs including bread, pastries, and laminated doughs. Previous experience in a professional bakery is required. You’ll be responsible for preparing and maintaining starters, mixing and shaping different doughs, managing fermentation and proofing, baking products to high standards, and ensuring consistent quality every day.
