Daily Blend is looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about coffee, thrives in a fast paced café environment, and delivers excellent customer service with a positive attitude. The role includes preparing high quality coffee and beverages, maintaining consistency in drink preparation, providing friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the smooth day to day operation of the café. Key responsibilities include * Opening and closing café procedures * Managing workflow during busy service periods * Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards * Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering * Training and supporting junior team members when required * Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally * Operating POS and cash handling What we’re looking for * Previous barista experience in a busy café environment * Confident milk texturing and latte art skills * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure * Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude What we offer * 20–40 hours per week * Flexible shifts available * Supportive and friendly team environment * Opportunities for growth and development If you love coffee, food, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
