You will be responsible for serving up high quality beverages, assisting with food prep, and ensuring our day to day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Barista Excellence Prepare and serve consistently high quality coffee and beverages. Café Operations Manage opening/closing procedures and keep service flowing smoothly during peak hours. Customer Service Welcome guests, handle inquiries professionally, and operate the POS/cash register. Team & Standards Maintain top tier cleanliness and food safety standards; support junior team members when needed. Inventory Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering so we never run short. What We’re Looking For Experience Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a fast paced café environment. Skills Solid milk texturing and latte art skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure. Traits A reliable, punctual, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
