The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, demonstrating professionalism, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. This role combines the art of coffee preparation with customer interaction, ensuring each guest enjoys a welcoming and delightful experience. *Responsibilities * Prepare and serve high quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes. Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience. Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage the point of sale system efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety standards. Restock and manage inventory levels for coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies. Assist with opening duties, including preparing the coffee station and setting up displays. Address customer inquiries and resolve any service related issues promptly. Participate in team meetings, sharing feedback and ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operations. *Requirements * Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer oriented approach. Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy. Flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends as needed.
