Key Responsibilities • Greets guests • Serves coffee/beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques • Answers customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, etc. in a courteous and professional manner • Maintains inventories by replenishing supplies; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining miscellaneous food item supplies • Managing the goods inventory • Ensures equipment functionality by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; reporting maintenance needs • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations • Listens to customer complaints and queries and addressing their concerns in an efficient yet polite manner, and reports to the manager on duty without delay • Communicates customer feedback to the shop owners.
