Role Overview The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of customer experience experts. Reports To Bar Manager Key Responsibilities Greets guests and efficiently determines their needs and preferences Serves beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques Maintains inventories by replenishing supplies; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining miscellaneous food item supplies Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations Listens to customer complaints and queries and addressing their concerns in an efficient yet polite manner, and reports to the manager on duty Communicates customer feedback Maintains prompt, efficient service standards Contributes to a positive team environment Qualifications & Skills Tourism School diploma Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts Friendly, well-mannered and dedicated to outstanding customer service Detail-oriented and passionate about product quality Professional guest service skills helping nature, passion for the guest Remuneration Package Full-time seasonal employment Continuous development & personal growth Employee-friendly working environment Excellent career opportunity
