We are currently looking for staff for the position of Barista/Bartender Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a bartender/barista in a high end restaurant or hotel Excellent communication and customer service skills Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations, collaborating on drink orders and coordinating service Monitor inventory levels of spirits, wines, and other bar supplies, and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine the cocktail menu, incorporating current trends, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients. Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of coffee and drinks are of the highest quality at all times.
