The role The Bartender/Barwoman is responsible to organize and prepare the bar area, as well as creating alcohol or non alcohol beverages according to guests’ needs and expectations. Responsibilities Welcome guests instantly in a warm and friendly way Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails Knowledge of preparing coffee Renewal, replenishment, and inventory of stock and supplies of the bar Cooperation with the Kitchen and service personnel Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction Ensures the excellent condition of the bar Requirements Work experience in a similar position in a boutique hotel environment. Good Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset. Teamwork spirit Familiar with the new trends in bars Great knowledge of spirits to advise the clients Great knowledge of cocktails Creativity and great knowledge of cocktails decoration Knowledge of wine will be an asset Excellent communication skills Costumer oriented attitude
