Kritikakis Village Hotel, a charming Cycladic village retreat overlooking the Aegean, is seeking a dedicated and capable bartender to join our team for the summer season. Our poolside bar, offering sea views, provides guests with a relaxed, lounge style atmosphere — far from the party scene, focused instead on quality service and peaceful enjoyment. Position Details Seasonal role (5 months) Full time employment/insurance Day time shift (11 00 07 00) Weekly day off Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages & cocktails Manage inventory and restock supplies Take guest orders at the bar counter Maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment Candidate Profile Prior experience in bartending or barista work preferred Fluent in both Greek and English Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Cocktail training provided by a professional mixologist What We Offer Monthly salary of €1500–€1600 depending on experience Full time benefits (δώρα, επιδόματα, etc.) Shared tips between bartender and waiter Shared accommodation (room of 2, air conditioned with private bathroom and WiFi) Daily breakfast and one main meal Complimentary cocktail and bar training Free certified lifeguard training If you are looking to spend the summer in a beautiful setting, working in a supportive and professional environment, we would love to hear from you.
