As a sommelier, you will assist patrons with wine selections, conduct tastings, and collaborate with the kitchen team for exceptional wine and meze pairings. Leadership skills are key as you'll lead, motivate, and develop a cohesive team, ensuring a positive work environment and great customer experience. Applicants should have relevant experience with wine selection, recommendation, and pairing. A sommelier certification would be a huge advantage.
