Customer Excellence Representatives About Your Opportunity Customer Excellence Inbound & Outbound Representatives are playing a crucial role in customers journey Moreover, they handle daily requests via e-mail, phone and other platforms that require an outbound call. They contact customers in order to answer, assist and solve any question, request and issue may arise, usually on a wide array of topics, ensuring overall customer service satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound calls providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customers queries and requests Completes customers’ requests in due time and with focus on quality Manages customers’ complaints via phone and de-escalates with patience, support and empathy Works closely with several departments and teams across the company in order to improve customer service according to our values and procedures Guides customers through our processes, products or services (troubleshooting, navigating the company site etc) Handles customers’ written requests via, e-mail, web forms and fax in a timely and appropriate manner Follows company’s guidelines, procedures and GDPR Collaborates with other departments in order to improve customer service Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree will be considered as an asset Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus. Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written), any other language will be considered an asset Excellent command of MS-Office applications Knowledge of call center telephony and systems is a plus Demonstrates responsibility and work-ethic Customer service orientation, organizational skills & attention to detail Flexibility in working in shifts What we Offer Competitive Salary Private Medical plan Company Car & gas allowance (after 6 months)
