In your role as an Outbound Calls Specialist (Appointment Setting with Physicians) you will be responsible to drive connections between our operations team and US healthcare professionals. What You Will Be Doing Conduct outbound calls & build rapport with gatekeepers (receptionists, office managers, PAs) to schedule meetings with physicians Effectively explain the purpose of the call and the value proposition of scheduling meeting between US physicians and our Disease Specialist team Engage gatekeepers by addressing concerns and highlighting benefits for the physicians Be informed about the latest trends in the healthcare industry and how to effectively communicate with the US healthcare market What We Are Looking For Experience in cold calling or appointment setting or similar role Exceptional communication skills Fluent English command, both verbally and writing Commercial acumen with optional knowledge of the healthcare sector Customer centric attitude Relationship Building & negotiation skills Results driven mindset Ability to work from Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm What We Offer Quarter Bonus to celebrate your achievements Industry leading compensation and benefits (extra paid time off, private health insurance, meal vouchers) Ample space for personal and professional development An international environment and culture Use and development of AI tools (existing list of contacts, detailed data and recordings) We celebrate unconventional ideas and approaches, a patient centric mindset, and a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
