Sport Vision is looking for an eCommerce/web Administrator to join their team in Glyfada Processing Orders & Monitoring Order Management Procedures Creating & Processing Returns Report problems connected to order & return management procedures and suggest improvements. Owning ecommerce procedures and secure that these are followed by the stores & Central Warehouses Monitor carrier partners and track performance. Reconciliation of payments for online orders. Align with multiple departments of the company (finance, operations, logistics, customer service etc) Work closely with business development team and assist in designing, testing & roll out of new developments Being able to plan & communicate business needs to other departments of the company & to external partners. Gather performance data and assemble reports Report & Escalate issues to management Competencies Customer oriented attitude. Individual initiative and responsibility. Ability to prioritize. Organizational skills time management Multitasking Good knowledge of Excel is desired. Team work and team interests and goals Proficiency in English Familiarity with working with any ERP system will be considered a plus. Familiarity with working with any CMS platform will be considered a plus.
