Call Center Representatives are required for the Call Center of TELECOM who will undertake the telephone customer service on behalf of BEDNBLUE (yacht charter platform). The new representatives will take over their duties in the Call Center of the company and will work, aiming to support and strengthen the relationship of trust between the company and its customers. Responsibilities are - Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics - Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Job Requirements for call center - Previous experience in a customer support role would be better - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices or data entry - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types - Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively - High school degree Any other languages would be considerded extra+
