Role Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team in a full time, on site role located in Athens. The Chef De Partie will take responsibility for their assigned section, preparing high quality dishes while adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards. Daily tasks include menu preparation, overseeing and training junior kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and assisting in the creation of new menu items. Collaboration with the Head Chef and other team members will be integral to achieving excellence in food presentation and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques Ability to manage and oversee specific kitchen sections, maintain standards, and ensure optimal workflow Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen sanitation principles Effective team collaboration and leadership skills to train and guide junior staff Creativity and attention to detail in crafting and presenting dishes Resilience under pressure and ability to thrive in a fast paced kitchen environment Culinary education or formal training is highly desirable Proficiency in inventory management and portion control
