Yuwa Sushi Bar

YUWA Sushi Bar is a new Japanese restaurant opening soon in Glyfada, Athens. We are looking for a full time Kitchen Cook to join our team. Main Responsibilities * Prepare fried dishes, including tempura and Japanese style fried foods. * Grill fish and prepare other grilled dishes. * Cook Japanese style fried rice and stir fried noodles. * Assist with ingredient preparation and daily kitchen operations. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. * Work under the guidance of our Head Chef. Requirements * Previous professional kitchen experience. * Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus but not required. * Willingness to learn and follow recipes. * Reliable, responsible and able to work as part of a team. * Available to work weekends. Working Conditions * Full time position, 40 hours per week. * 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. * Split shifts (lunch and dinner). * Competitive salary based on experience. * Full insurance and statutory benefits. * Expected starting date In approximately 3–4 weeks.
