We are currently looking for the position of Hostess Job description As the Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will ensure that they have a welcoming and memorable experience at our establishment. You'll greet customers as they enter, show them to their seats, and answer any questions they may have about our offerings. You'll also assist in managing the waitlist and reservations, and work closely with our servers to ensure efficient service. Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a Hostess or in a high end restaurant or hotel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
