To be successful in this role you will have At least 3 years of experience as a Floor Team Leader or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel. Attention to details. Ability to train housekeeping staff. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Serve as a role model. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Support team to reach common goals. Excellent knowledge in both Greek and English. Extensive Knowledge of Opera, Internet, and MS Office applications.
