Information Technology Operations Support We are currently looking for an IT Operations Support specialist, passionate about their field of work. Job responsibillities -Classify incidents -Keep trouble tickets status (tracking & routing) -Log & Report on H/W and S/W problems -Assist in any other project/tasks as requested by IT Manager -Provide 1st line desktop & network support -Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP, PDA, PC Hardware, Software and Networking issues, as reported by users The ideal canditate apart from the required skills described extensively below, should -Be a team player -Be able to work effectively in a demanding work enviroment -Have strong service orientation -Have a high degree of personal accountability and integrity -Be reliable and dedicated with clear thinking and strong attention to detail -Be organized with a structured and methodical work style Required Skills -Technical Institution's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in IT field -2+ years of experience in Helpdesk/Systems/Network -Basic Knowledge of ActiveDirectory, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V -Basic SQL knowledge -Experience in TCP/IP implementation, Windows/ Network/ Firewall -Cisco or Microsoft Certifications will be considered as a plus -ERP (Soft1/Atlantis) knowledge will be considered as an asset We offer -A competitive base salary and benefits , directly dependent on the candidate's qualifications and skills All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality You can send your CV at it@apollonion-bakery.gr
