IT Support Agent The successful candidate will be based in Greece, providing enterprise level technical support to Network Dynamics’s customers via web, email, chat, and other support channels as required and must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in similar position. His or her main duties will include Taking ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution, Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues, Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers, Ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues, Preparing accurate and timely reports, Documenting knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles, Two alternating shifts comprising 09 00-17 00 & 13 00-21 00 Company offers. From the field engineer except for the expenses part, In order, for you to be able to successfully carry out the duties, you should possess the following Background in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Team player, Proven working experience in enterprise technical support (O365 Suite, Gapps, Azure), Strong and up to date knowledge of Windows 10, Solid knowledge of Server OS 2016/2019/ Azure AD, Solid knowledge of WatchGuard and FortiGate FW, Strong problem-solving skills, Solid knowledge of Network/Routing, LAN, Excellent client-facing skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent knowledge of English language written and verbal, Solid grasp of VoIP (will be considered as a plus), Solid grasp of Network Security best practices (will be considered as a plus) Candidates with active Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications will be considered a plus
