Customer/Tenant’s Service Focus on all the issue related to tenant，especially the payment and damage issues 1.Rental Agreement When new rental agreement signed, support to upload the related information to tax system and company systems. When rental agreement ended，take back the keys and check status of property (bills，rental payment and etc if they are clearly finished). Familiar with Rental Agreements 2.Tenant's Payment issue Reminding tenants for updating rental payment via email and phone; Checking the rental payment with tenants every month，then confirm the payment with Financial Department every month 3.Tenant communication Contact and confirm with tenants for damage issues and follow up these requests with technician until repaired. 4.Support to the owners Scheduling appointments with tenants when the owner want to check the properties once per year 5.Processing of the owner's bills 6.Conducting home insurance on owner's property Other Request： Languages： English+Greek Responsible、team work、good communication、careful、flexible
