Key Responsibilities • Manage Reservations Oversee all aspects of the reservations process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling bookings. • Customer Service Excellence Provide exceptional service to our guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. • Team Leadership Train, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of reservations agents, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment. • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). • Supervise and manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. • Identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and setting targets in new markets.
