Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with project tracking, follow ups, and deadlines Support operational and administrative tasks as required Requirements University or college degree. Master or MBA is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel industry is a strong advantage Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
