COSMOTE e-Value, through partner companies, is looking for creative and ambitious Digital Payments Operational Support Agents to join the COSMOTE Payments project in Paiania. The selected candidate will join the aforementioned team in supporting and operating daily tasks and assignments pertinent to card business and digital payments. Duties & responsibilities Provide high quality customer service in digital payments Respond to telephone calls, emails regarding requests for technical or operational support from our B2B clients Welcome new customers and guide them in the world of digital wallet, through the Digital Onboarding service Work in harmony with the rest of the team, developing effective and supportive relationships with internal & external customers and respond to all enquiries regarding mobile apps & digital payments Participate in the control of payment services that will be provided through mobile apps and create support material (FAQs) for end users Required Skills Ability to understand digital payments and familiarization with mobile apps (Android/IOS) Very good command of the English language (B2 Level) Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Completed military obligations What we offer Competitive monthly salary from day 1 Continuous trainings in Fintech environment and new Digital Payments technologies Excellent career opportunities All necessary work equipment Mobile phone plan & special rates in other OTE products Modern workspace with restaurant, gym, parking E-pass/Card for public transport Meal tickets
