Customer Experience – Office Administration. A real estate investment & immigration company is seeking to hire a customer experience associate who will be also acting as the front desk/office administration of the firm. Our Greek branch office is located in Glyfada, Athens. The successful candidate must meet ALL following requirements: Fluent in Greek and English (Proficiency working level). Previous working experience in similar position. - University degree in marketing, accounting ,Business administration or relevant field. experienced user of Microsoft Office & technology. attention to detail and organizational skills. ambitious to grow and eager to learn. ability to carry out multiple tasks. Will be considered an additional asset: Additional Languages/ Previous working experience in Operations Department/ Driving license. Job description: Customer service & Office administration, handling incoming/outgoing communication including after sales services and property management Handling office expenses & supplies, direct communication with Accounting department, Remuneration: Attractive salary package plus monthly performance bonus will be offered to the right candidate.
