Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Account Manager at Financial Europeans. You will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients and content creators, resolving issues or concerns, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, offers and presentations as well as drafting emails and contracts, keeping updated CRMs at all times and collaborating with cross functional teams. Key Points Skills that you will need on a day to day basis Strong Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The role involves explaining marketing strategies to influencers, as well as conveying the influencers' needs and concerns back to the financial companies maintaining balance at all times Relationship Management and negotiations skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships is key. This involves networking skills, a friendly demeanor, and the capacity to manage diverse stakeholders' expectations and needs effectively. Project Management Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, keeping them on track in terms of budget, timeline, and delivery Multilingual Capability Given the geographic scope across Europe, proficiency in multiple European languages beyond English (such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian) can be a significant advantage. Digital Literacy Familiarity with social media trends, CRMs, Emails, online marketing tools, and the digital landscape in Europe.
