At Great we are looking for a highly motivated person to * Manage and respond to all incoming support requests from phone / email / chat * Go the extra mile to solve issues for customers * Partner with the product team to identify issues and product development opportunities * Document support workflows to reduce your workload and support requests * Work with the digital manager to share any insights on the health of customer accounts and campaigns' performance * Manage and oversee the shipping process of a single product that we'll be sold exclusively online Skills & Experience that will help you succeed in this role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English - Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail - Patience, so customers always know you will do what's necessary to solve their issue - Empathy, so customers feel like you can be their advocate - Ability to think on your feet to handle "anything" that is thrown your way - Experience in a similar or related or customer facing role is plus, but not necessary.
