ROLE SUMMARY Mideast Travel is currently looking to add a team member in the Corporate & M.I.C.E. department, responsible for booking clients’ travel arrangements and M.I.C.E. requests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive & process incoming calls, emails & other requests Handle clients’ requests based on their travel policy, specifications and needs Consult the travellers for the travel documents required in each country Manage any flight cancellations, rebooking’s and force majeure situations Organize and manage group bookings Organize and manage events Create and update the client’s profile and data Ensure & provide quality of service to customers. i.e. handle inquiries & complaints from customers in a professional manner Report technical issues and other problems Prepare company & client offer presentations Back office duties and updates Account handling from the minute an inquiry arrives until the guest’s return. Assist with the organization of on site events, such as weddings and corporate retreats. SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory 3+ years’ experience in ticketing ( Amadeus & airlines platforms) Knowledge of hotel bookings and reservations handling Knowledge in boat ticket issuance, car rentals Knowledge in back office software – Panasoft Excellent verbal and written English skills Proficient in MS Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
